Fulfillment policy

At Upscale Digital, we are committed to providing high-quality digital marketing services to our clients. Our deliverables are clearly outlined in the agreement signed with each client prior to onboarding. We believe in transparency and make sure that our clients fully understand our policies regarding refunds, cancellations, and service fulfillment.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only available if Upscale Digital fails to deliver the services as outlined in the signed client agreement. If we do not provide the agreed-upon deliverables within the designated timeframes or as per the agreement’s terms, a refund will be issued for the undelivered portion of services.

Shipping or Delivery Policy

As a provider of digital services, we do not ship physical goods. Deliverables will be provided digitally through email, cloud storage links, or other methods specified in the client agreement. The timeline for delivery will vary based on the scope of the project and will be communicated at the start of the engagement. Clients will be notified promptly if there are any changes to delivery timelines.

Return Policy and Process

Since Upscale Digital provides digital services, no physical goods can be returned. If a client believes that the delivered services do not meet the agreed-upon standards, they may contact us within 14 days to discuss the issue. We will review the situation and work toward a resolution.

Cancellation Policy

Clients under contract with Upscale Digital are subject to a minimum contract term of 6 months unless otherwise specified in their agreement. After the contract term ends, clients automatically move to a month-to-month arrangement. Clients in this month-to-month phase may cancel services with 30 days’ notice.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Please note that payments for services already rendered or for work in progress will not be refunded.
